Stakeholders exchange good practices and develop citizen-driven recommendations for more inclusive digital participation and governance.

The third seminar cycle deepens discussions on European identity, social cohesion, inclusion, and digital belonging in increasingly connected societies.
WP9 – Debate Circle III: Rights, Representation and Responsibility in the Digital Sphere (France)
Citizens examine digital rights, representation, ethical AI, accountability, and democratic responsibility in the digital public sphere.
WP10 – Consultation Circle III: Safeguarding Digital Rights and Fighting Digital Exclusion in EU Governance (Italy)
The final consultation transforms citizens’ experiences into practical recommendations supporting inclusive digital governance and stronger protection of digital rights.
WP11 - FUTURENTITY Digital Townhall on a Campaigning Forum for Building the Digital Citizens' Neighbourhood (Greece)
The Digital Townhall brings together citizens, civil society organisations, public authorities, and digital experts in an interactive European forum dedicated to strengthening digital communities. Through collaborative discussions, campaign activities, and citizen-led dialogue, participants explore how neighbourhood-level initiatives can promote digital inclusion, democratic participation, and a stronger sense of European digital citizenship. The event also serves as a platform to present project achievements, exchange experiences, and inspire future civic engagement across Europe.
WP12 - Closing Citizens’ Assembly-formatted Council – Integration by Designing the Europe We Code Together (Romania)
The project concludes with a Citizens’ Assembly that gathers participants from all partner countries to reflect on the project’s outcomes and collectively shape recommendations for Europe’s digital future. Using an assembly-style participatory format, citizens, policymakers, researchers, and stakeholders co-design visions for a human-centred digital Europe, consolidate the project’s policy recommendations, and celebrate the collaborative journey towards more inclusive, democratic, and rights-based digital citizenship. This final event ensures that citizens’ voices become part of the ongoing conversation on Europe’s digital transformation.
